By completing and submitting the Reservations Form you are agreeing with the following terms and conditions.
BOOKING & PAYMENT CONDITIONS
If your booking is confirmed, we will send you an invoice with payment instructions. For stays in excess of three consecutive days, a deposit of 50% is due within seven (7) successive working days from the date of the invoice, with the final balance payable sixty (60) days before the scheduled date of arrival.
For stays of three days or less, the full contracted sum is payable within seven (7) successive working days from date of invoice.
All payments must be made by telegraphic transfer to our nominated bank account and bank charges associated with the transmittal are the responsibility of the guest
ARRIVAL DETAILS
Bookings must be accompanied with complete details to avoid unnecessary correspondence. If flight details are not yet fixed they can be confirmed not less than fifteen (15) days before the scheduled date of arrival. The booking will only be valid for the number of guests indicated on the Reservations Form.
PRICES & PAYMENT
The tariff is quoted and payable in US Dollars. Rates are quoted on a per suite per night basis including Service Charges and Government Taxes and, where applicable airport transfers, daily breakfasts and fresh flowers upon arrival. For Service Charge and Tax Obligations relating to additional services provided by the hotel, see below. The price quoted refers to one party and to the number of guests indicated on the Reservations Form. If, upon arrival the number of guests is more than quoted, Bali Lotus Suite at Bali Mystique will endeavour to accommodate them. However, a surcharge of US$100.00 per additional guest per night will be charged at time of check-out. The booking is valid for the period indicated on the Reservations Form. Extension of the stay may be possible, depending upon availability of the suite. However, it will not be possible to reduce the period of stay upon arrival. In cases of early check-out, it will not be possible to offer a refund as this will be considered a cancellation outside the booking conditions.
SERVICE CHARGE & GOVERNMENT TAX
The quoted tariff is inclusive of all Service Charges and Government Taxes applicable to this booking. However, a 10% Service Charge and 11% Government Tax will be applied to any additional services provided by the hotel, which will be payable at time of check-out.
BOOKING PROCEDURE
After we have received your completed Reservations Form we will, as far as possible reply within forty eight (48) hours and if availability is confirmed we will send an invoice with payment instructions and banking details for the telegraphic transfer. Once the payment has been received and cleared in our bank account, an official receipt will be issued. Credit card payments cannot be accepted.
DEPOSIT
When requested, a 50% deposit of the contracted sum is payable within seven (7) successive working days from date of invoice in order to confirm and secure the reservation.

BALANCE
The balance of the contracted sum is payable sixty (60) days before the scheduled arrival date by telegraphic transfer to our nominated bank account. Once received, an official receipt will be issued. If the final payment has not been received at least 60 days prior to the scheduled date of arrival, the booking will be automatically cancelled.
CHANGE OF BOOKING
Changes to bookings cannot be made less than 60 days prior to the scheduled date of arrival. Acceptance of any change is subject to approval by Bali Lotus Suite at Bali Mystique.
CANCELLATIONS & REFUNDS
We must receive formal cancellation instructions by e-mail, which must be made by the same person who made the original booking. In case of cancellation, the following conditions shall apply:
Cancellations received over 60 days from scheduled date of arrival:
We will refund the total payment received less a US$150.00 administration fee.
Cancellations received less than 60 days from scheduled date of arrival:
We will refund 50% of total payment received.
Cancellations received less than 30 days from scheduled date of arrival:
We will refund 30% of total payment received.
Cancellations received less than 15 days from scheduled date of arrival:
No refund.
All refunds will be based on the above figures less any applicable bank charges incurred in organizing the refund transfer.
All bank charges for the sending and receiving of funds are the responsibility of the guest and any fees deducted by the bank
upon receipt of the funds will be charged to you upon arrival at the Suite.
RATE EXCLUSIONS
Bali Lotus Suite at Bali Mystique is a privately owned suite located within The Bali Mystique Hotel. Rates do not include services provided by the hotel such as baggage handling services, gratuities, hairdressing and massage treatments, telephone, e-mail and internet charges in hotel receptions, food, beers/wines and soft drinks purchased at the hotel bar and restaurant and personal items and expenses, all of which are payable direct to The Bali Mystique Hotel at time of check-out, plus Service Charges and Government Tax associated with these additional services. Damage to the suite including damage to furnishings and fittings, breakages etc., along with any excessive upholstery cleaning required at the time of departure will be charged to the guests responsible for the damage.
THE SAFETY OF OUR GUESTS
It is the responsibility of adult guests to supervise children staying in the suite to ensure their safety at all times, especially around the perimeter of the outside terraces, where the balustrades are possibly not high enough to create a safe barrier for young children. Please also note that the marble floors can be slippery when wet. Whilst the safety of guests is our prime concern, the Owners of Bali Lotus Suite at Bali Mystique cannot be held responsible for any injuries sustained by guests whilst staying in the suite.
